What are the most important things customers should know about shipping, returns, or any policies related to your products?
It is important that you know:
- the majority of the products are made out of clay, resin, paint,ect.
- items are made as soon as order goes through and the artist gets them, shipping takes up to 5-7 days depending on post office and holidays.
- returns must be made 5 days prior to receiving product for a full refund.Returns after the 5 day period will receive only a replacement, no refund.
